Phil Carr

@Philc84

Phil is an award-winning travel creator with over 1.5 million UK followers. Known for fast-paced content and brutally honest opinions, what began as a hobby is now a global career working with some of the world’s biggest brands, including TikTok themselves.

Hannah Spence

Hannah Spence, known as Miss Be Seen, is a speaker, educator, visibility strategist and the founder of Clockflower Solutions. Her work is rooted in one belief: everyone deserves to be seen, celebrated and successful.

Having worked with clients including Britain’s Got Talent winner Axel Blake and serial entrepreneur and The Apprentice finalist Bianca Miller-Cole, Hannah shows what’s possible when creators show up with clarity and consistency, building engaged audiences, reaching millions of views and turning content into real income. Because visibility isn’t about ego; it’s about being seen, celebrated and successful.

Gordon McKee MP

Gordon McKee is the Labour MP for Glasgow South and was elected in July 2024.

He began his career as a software engineer developing iPhone apps. He later became a Labour Party adviser, running the leadership campaign of Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar. Gordon has a keen interest in AI and technology policy.

David Harry

The London Spy

An award winning London Guide, a social media creator with over 400k TikTok, 100k Instagram and 70k Facebook followers, he is in the top 20 of TripAdvisor guides with over 850 five star reviews, former Vice President at Deutsche Bank and a member of the prestigious Magic Circle.

A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), David took a degree in Classics and worked in the Square Mile for over 25 years – starting at the bottom as a temp mailroom/photocopy operator and ending at the dizzy heights of a Vice President at Deutsche Bank.

He has always loved poking round the odd corners of the City and is both a qualified Green badge City of London and a City of Westminster guide.

He is also a Freeman of the City of London - yes he has driven sheep across the Thames - and a Livery Member of the Worshipful Company of Stationers who date back to 1403.

Sophie deGraft-Johnson

Social Lead - Saatchi & Saatchi

Sophie has worked in social media since before Instagram Stories were a thing. She’s worked across a variety of household brands, including Three, HSBC, Sainsbury’s, EE, and Santander - defining what good social looks like across all platforms. Passionate about social, and chronically online, Sophie can chew your ear off about the latest social marketing trends and what good looks like. She’s experienced in creator advertising, having recently worked with Grime Gran, Formz and HarveyRidesBikes. She’ll offer a major agency perspective on how to work with brands, what brands look for in influencer partners and what great creator work looks like.

Ali Thomas

@AliThomasGB

Ali is an award winning campaigner and history creator with over 100k followers. Combining strategic engagement with creators through his agency, More Than Content, and his groundbreaking use of AI to bring history to life, Ali brings a real joy to comms and content.

As a strategist, he’s worked with Ministers, 4* Generals and the UK’s biggest creators, bringing clarity, purpose and driving outcomes with their communication.

Chris Simmance

Chris Simmance has spent fifteen years in digital marketing, most of it learning expensive lessons about what actually moves the needle versus what just looks good in a pitch deck. He built and sold a digital agency with offices in London and Manchester, served hundreds of clients across more sectors than he can count, and made every mistake worth making along the way.

Now he runs The OMG Center, where he helps digital agency owners grow without the usual chaos. He also co-founded Enterprise Skills, an EdTech platform that develops the competencies that survive when AI automates the spreadsheet jockeys out of existence: commercial awareness, decision-making, adaptability. The kind of skills that matter regardless of what the job market becomes.

Chris holds the Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs, which is as gloriously medieval as it sounds and involves far more good wine than you'd expect. He judges the UK, EU and eCommerce Digital Marketing Awards, speaks at industry events on leadership and business growth, and occasionally writes things people find useful.

When investors ask him about AI disruption, his answer is straightforward: the orchestration jobs are being automated. The human judgment, adaptability, and commercial instinct that machines cannot replicate? That's what remains. And that's precisely what he's building.

Christina Anderson

Christina is Senior Manager of Engagement and Partnerships at GoFundMe, where she has spent the past six years working at the intersection of creators, causes, and social impact. Her work focuses on how influencers can use their platforms to drive socially conscious online behaviour and mobilise their audiences around causes they genuinely care about, in ways that are authentic, credible, and sustainable.

She leads a mix of proactive and organic creator engagement, connecting influencers with verified causes transparently, including during moments of crisis. This work supports fast, trusted fundraising in response to major global and local events, while also building longer-term creator relationships across social and livestreaming platforms. GoFundMe is the world leader in online fundraising, with 91 percent brand awareness among Gen Z, and Christina’s work helps translate that trust and scale into meaningful, creator-led impact.
